  A good leader like Sen Dullo not only inspires her people, she also inspires everyone  around her through what she has been able to accomplish as a nominated senator and now as an incumbent. Learning what it takes to be a great leader is a process that requires courage, something senator has greatly portrayed.  And The courage to realize other people's potential and want them to have  success in life.   You need to be willing to share the limelight and celebrate the hard work and dreams of good leaders and that's why I'm heavily gunning for her to be re-elected.

Dullo's Leadership has the ability to guide others into a direction and good decisions that leaves them still feeling empowered and accomplished.  Ninety percent of leadership is the ability to communicate something people want. And for a while now  I have  noticed  that, Dullo's effort in making her presence well known and felt to the people is through communication, she'll listen and and communicate back as it's supposed to. 

Hon Dullo is not new to the people and her emerging workforce and style of leadership is not interested in command and control leadership. She doesn't want to do things because she said so, she wants to do greater things because she wants them done in Isiolo.
