For me, a better democracy is a democracy where women do not only have the right to vote and to elect but also  to be elected.If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader. Hon Mumina Bonaya  is a leader who is  not interested in the possibilities of defeat; she believes they do not exist. 

It's known to Mankind that Action speaks louder than words. People around you will notice if you are dedicated and working hard to grow your Success. Great leaders always lead by example.  I can also say that, As of the past  3 days in  Biliqo, Bulesa and Merti Mumina Has has shown that eample is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing. I believe her opponents are finding it hard to believe how it looks easy for her. I'll let them figure it for themselves Lol. 



Presence is just not about being the center of attention, it’s about observation and seeking/giving meaningful feedback. As a leader you  need to be there for your people during important situations as well as helping them to find solutions to their  roadblocks. If you have Noticed,Mumina's presence is well felt among the people. I would like to thank Merti for showing up for one of their own. 


There's a lot of clarity in every message that comes from Hon Mumina, she is able  to clearly relay out  her thoughts in a way that is easy for her people to understand. That's why for sometime now, she has been pulling crowds in the southern part of Isiolo to an unimaginable extent.
To the people of Biliqo,Bulesa and Merti, you did the unexpected. Your love and Dedication towards Hon Mumina will never go unnoticed. God bless you all
