  Gov Guyo's leadership performance involves effectively guiding and inspiring a team towards a common goal, fostering open communication, making informed decisions, adapting to challenges, and promoting a positive and productive work environment for his employees. His leadership also entails being empathetic, leading by example, and continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development for Isiolo county. 

Kayole is a good political leader and he possesses qualities that made the people of Isiolo to elect him. His ability ability to build consensus and negotiate effectively, especially matters of issuance of title deeds to the people of Ngaremara. 
His deep understanding of public issues and other factors that affect our people is another quality that we appreciate as the people of Isiolo. 
His empathy towards constituents, ethical decision-making, and a vision for the betterment of Isiolo guarantees and makes him deserve the top performing governors' slot.

Last but not least, with his current score of 55% on service delivery, I have come into conclusion that Gov Guyo is adaptable, open to feedback, and capable of collaborating with diverse groups to achieve common goals while upholding the principles of transparency and accountability. 
We are looking forward to  better days ahead.
