  Nowadays, ICT is used everywhere. With more than two billion people having access to the
internet, and 8 to 10 internet users own a smartphone, information and data are increasing by leaps and bound. This rapid growth, has led ICT to become a key-item in everyday life. That is why our women Rep hon Mumina Bonaya is fighting for what's right on matters of network improvement and connectivity within the county. E-Government focuses the role of ICT to deliver government services through the internet and
other emerging digital technologies. For instance matters insecurity on our boarders, Hon Mumina Bonaya suggests; the use of drones in areas that our local forces can't access in case of a cattle raid. Something that will be able to ease the recovery of stolen animals for both locals and the other government bodies involved. 

 ICT has turned this world to a global village. Apart from
communication, that is, reaching people both far and near; it has also made the work easier and
better. Information and communications technology (ICT) is used in most of the fields such as
e-commerce, e-governance, banking, agriculture, education, medicine, defence, transport, etc.
Through Improving the  Information and communication technology, I believe  lots of ideas can be channelled and be used in various fields that will benefit the people of Isiolo in all aspects possible. Thanks to Hon Mumina Bonaya. We believe you can make it happen.

Gone are the old ways of doing things without  the help of ICT, the everyday life
has gone through a revolution where communication is unified without the care for any distance between. That's why Hon Bonaya is pushing for a better network connection within Isiolo for everyone in any needy sector to be a beneficiary of a better set up network project system.
