That’s why in this article, I am going to list  crucial leadership qualities and characteristics of  Sen Dullo .. I had a chance to seat with her and listen to her speak and I noticed that she is , 

1. SELF MOTIVATED. 

Motivated leaders desire to achieve above and beyond expectations.This comes from their passion and desire to become better and the motivation to do things better than everyone else.Dullo is a  leader that believes  you need to be motivated, and no one else can do that for you except  your only self. Should  I expound this...No! We all know Dullo  is a self driven woman and a self motivated one 

 

2. HAS STANDARDS.

HON FATUMA DULLO is a leader  that  holds herself and the people around her  to a higher standard than most, both on a personal and professional level.

She  understand that in order to achieve higher standards, you need to have strong values, hold yourself  accountable for your  words/actions and never make excuses.

Remember you’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with. And has quality and value to still govern this county from the senate. 

3. CONFIDENT .

Unfortunately, confidence can be one of those things you either have or don’t have, but I believe that it can be practiced and learned.

Dullo believes that Confidence has to do with your inner perception of your ability to fulfill a particular role and is built through your experiences and dealings during your life.

To build your confidence you need to be open to new experiences and be willing to fail or you’ll never grow and find the strength needed to push the limits of what you’re capable of. She practiced  this after  getting her nomination slot to the senate and now she is back to retain her seat as an incumbent. 

4 DULLO EMBARRASSES EMPOWERMENT.

 Sen Dullo suggests as a leader, you need to set others up for success by entrusting them to make good decisions.

Empowerment is not just about giving your followers the freedom to make their own choices, it’s about giving them the tools and processes to make those choices effectively and productively. 

 

By understanding what people really want, you can help them  perform better by properly incentivizing (not only with money) their work and progress towards larger goals. If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and giving orders but instead give them tools for a better work out.
