HON FATUMA DULLO. Senator Isiolo county. In my attempt to restore  faith to the  people of Isiolo, I'm Writing this article detailing Dullo's  accomplishments or Senator HODARI  as she's known to the people. I would love to highlight  that some gains have been seen since this government took over but some of you people will not pay attention to it because her name is getting  tarnished in every corner.  Senator Dullo has done a good job in oversight by pressuring the current regime in stabilizing the economy and investing in infrastructure to propel the economy into the next phase of growth while at the same time investing in improving the quality of life  for the most vulnerable in Isiolo. Collecting water and firewood,and going to local markets is a huge task in Isiolo  for those in rural  areas. Therefore it is understandable that construction of roads is Guyo's top priority when it comes to better roads in Rural  areas. I wonder if they're clapping because they liked what they saw or because they're happy it's over? But you start to see the sort of tactics people use. You start to see politics not only in the macro but in the micro of the campaign itself. Some people get turned off by this side of it. Other people are drawn to it. And for that reason I have decided to publicly state that I support his excellency Hon Guyo Abdi Ibrahim.  If you track something like a political campaign and parcel out what's being communicated in a literal and narrative sense, and what's being communicated by means of emotional and symbolic language, you might find that it's the latter elements that absolutely dominate and move people.  To my people of Isiolo County I would like to urgently suggest that Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.
