Leadership is about more than a title. A good leader can inspire their team and the world at large through their words and more importantly their actions. Ultimately, Hon Mumina's  leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping her team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. She's all about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine . 

On Saturday's Visit by his right honorable Raila Amolo Odinga, it all Manifested itself that the people of Isiolo North are Ready for a change. Hon Mumina was the only aspiring female leader for the Women Rep seat at the event and her presence was well appreciated by the whole mass of the people present. And I Must also say that I fully support Team MGB. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. 

With the reception that mheshimiwa received it shows she's Next.  As the they say #Inawezekana.
