PENTAGONISTS BLOCK ISSUANCE OF TITTLE DEEDS FOR SELFISH GAINS.
Earlier this week two MCAs MCA IDD Kimathi Hassan and Abdi Duba went for a "County finance Bill" public participation in Merti sub county
. On Monday they encountered difficulties due to a disagreement with diverse Merti elders mobilized by Hassan oda and the Pentagon affiliates after which they had to seek refuge at the Merti sub County Deputy County commissioner's office.
After spending a night lobbing from ethnic community elders,they had they had to organize for another successive quorum despite a few hitches from goons mobilized by Hassan Oda Hulufo.
The so called Isiolo North legislator had already sponsored goons with a Kes 50,000 token as a reward to be shared among those who either disrupt the meeting or slay any of the locals who attend the meeting against his will. These were orders. From the Pentagon legislators.
Does this show how cruel the Pentagon legislators can be to the residents of isiolo who are in dire need of tittle needs in urban areas? To which are the urban electorates' question is, are urban areas grazing lands? Will the pentagon legislators come back to Mwanichi asking for votes? How will we attract land speculators to come invest and raise revenue for this county if land owners don't have proper documentation?
Hassan Oda has been organizing peaceful meetings in Bula Pesa and with the support of MCA IDD since he got elected and still lacks morals and gathers guts to organize life threatening attacks against our Bula pesa ward MCA. This is the highest order of disrespect that makes us conclude that things will never be the same again.
Land is fully devolved hence the so called Mps and senators namely Hassan Oda, Abdi Koropu, Rhema Jaldesa, Nominated sanator Abshiro Halake and Sen Dullo should leave the land issue to the county government and the county Assembly. Fact still remains the people want title deeds . And we're willing to make things hard for the Pentagonists till the title deeds are issued.
