SO FAR SO GOOD, BULAPESA IS BETTER WITH MCA IDD HASSAN KIMATHI.

It's one year down the line and I think it's humble time to grade our elected leaders by "how much done" so far. Let's begin with the most popular leader in Isiolo MCA IDD HASSAN KIMATHI .Speculations suggested that He won't perform and he was doomed to fail  but his performance approval rates and stats suggests otherwise. He has executed a high level of Workmanship towards service delivery something that wasn't  even  done   through the five year term by the previous regime, that is compared to what MCA Kim has done in one year.

Since elected and later sworn in last year MCA idd has proved that working towards the betterment of Bula pesa is his main agenda. Here are some of the projects that MCA idd can be accounted for with the help from the county government and the governor;

1, DRILLING OF A BOREHOLE AT BULAPESA DISPENSARY.

The hospital, Households and the community around the dispensary will be self reliant,they won't experience any water shortages because the borehole water will be available around the clock. Residents of Bula pesa are really happy with this humane  act from the MCA.

2. MAINTENANCE OF FLOOD LIGHTS.

After the installation of flood lights around bula pesa many collapsed due to negligence and vandalism. MCA Idd took over the mess due the rising casescas insecurity  being reported from several areas .It was like "Let there be light" in the following areas
a,Kambi ya juu
b,Isiolo market
c,Miti ya makaa
d,Daraja Fakir
 There were few cases here and there's  still some  till now but with time I know things will improve.

3.ALLOCATION OF BURSARY.

There has been a free and fair allocation of bursary  in Bula pesa that has been of help to lots of needy families and bright students in this ward. MCA Kim's leadership is a leadership that doesn't  discriminate and knows nothing about being biased,the equal Bursary allocations shows that he's so willing to invest in education in for a better BulaPesa in future.

4. CONSTRUCTION OF 2 E.C.D.E CLASSES.

The construction of these two classes is still on going and the project is due it's completion. Still on the E. C. D. E  MCA idd oversaw employment of 17 E. C. D. E teachers from BulaPesa . These were professional teachers that were rendered jobless but after the incoming of MCA Kim their profession was put into work.

5. CADESTRAL SURVEY OF 250 PLOTS (Bula Zamani)

For a period of time time now land grabbing/conflicts have been rampart. In his efforts to minimize these conflicts of interest,MCA Kim carried out his primarily legal purpose to accurately establish land ownership and it's usage. This survey has been able to show boundaries of properties between neighbors and I can say this has helped a lot.

6.UPGRADING/REPAIR OF 8 MAJOR ROADS.

This has been a major boost to the upper BulaPesa residents that have experiencing hardships and impassable roads especially  during the rainy season.For a while this was a major concern and I believe more will come from this course. Lower BulaPesa Idd is coming, BulaPesa as whole will be a better place.

7.FENCING OF ATC (RURAL).

Rural is currently is hosting students from K.M.T.C and Hon.Idd so it better to fence   the place for the safety of the students.

8.FENCING OF BULAPESA CEMETERY.

He being a  Muslim  and for the respect to the dead I see this as a give back to the Muslim community in Isiolo. Good work MCA kim.

Idd Hassan Kimathi has supported  many development projects  that touches  youths,women,the elderly and people living with  disability. What he has managed to do in a year time is good enough to show you that He is a visionary leader that is aiming to make BulaPesa a better place. As time goes by I believe more will be seen from the MOST POPULAR LEADER IN ISIOLO.
